Panchee Advisory LLC, a boutique financial advisory firm, is seeking part-time help (approximately 10-20 hours per week) to support fundraise for private equity client. Please note that this is a 1099 role. Ideal for someone looking for flexibility or gentle re-entry into the workforce.

Panchee Advisory’s mission is to provide superior support solutions to middle market financial firms, freeing them to focus on investment selection and value creation. 


Tasks include marketing, investor relations, operations, administrative support for Private Equity client. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Managing director to coordinate and track progress of fundraise with a CRM system

  • Serve as Project Manager in the on-going management of fundraising efforts and investor relations responsibilities

  • Draft marketing collateral including flipbooks, RFPs, standard DDQ responses and other required marketing materials, working closely with Fund Management and compliance throughout the process

  • Guide investors through fund due diligence and subscription processes, including completing diligence requests (i.e. DDQs, RFPs, RFIs) and handling relevant follow-up

  • Support existing investor relations and servicing efforts through the coordination of regular update calls, facilitating of reporting and presentation materials and handling regular and ad-hoc investor requests

  • Collaborate with Fund manager throughout the fundraising process to ensure full coordination and implement best practices and lessons learned from prior fundraising initiatives

  • Update broader Private Wealth and Investor Relations teams on key developments with respect to fundraise process, portfolio updates and other relevant business-specific facets

  • Complete ad hoc projects and investor requests and assist with coordination of roadshow meetings (or “Zoom” roadshows) and materials

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to create and follow repeatable processes; highly detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills

  • Possessing a genuine passion for the adding value for the client and a commitment to excellence

  • Undergraduate degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in investment industry. Knowledge of alternative products a plus

  • Marketing experience and rolodex preferred but not required

  • Work well in a deadline driven environment.

  • High level of attention to detail needed for preparing and distributing investor-facing materials

  • Strong interpersonal skills a must

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
