Janet joined Panchee Advisory in 2021 and supports family office clients with all aspects of Human Resources, including talent screening and retention, insurance, and vendor sourcing. 

Prior to joining Panchee, Janet was Vice President at Zephyr Management, L.P. for over 13 years, where she developed policies and implemented benefits across six global offices and multiple U.S. satellite offices, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. She also served as Head of Human Resources and Office Services at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for more than four years, driving department growth and process efficiency improvements. Earlier in her career, Janet held a Vice President role at MKP Capital Management, focusing on recruitment and talent management.

Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification as well as the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
