Nida founded Panchee Advisory in 2017 and serves as Managing Partner, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s operations. She brings nearly 30 years of experience in the financial industry, with deep expertise in investment due diligence, operations, and marketing.

Before establishing Panchee Advisory, Nida spent a decade as Vice President of Marketing and a member of the Operating Committee at Zephyr Management, an Emerging Markets investment firm with over $1.2 billion in committed capital.

She began her career at Citicorp, where she worked in the Global Treasury Department and completed formal credit training. She later joined Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI), focusing on private equity investments in the Consumer Products, Telecommunications, and Internet sectors across Latin America.

While at Citigroup, Nida earned an MBA in Information Systems and International Finance from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business. She later joined Citigroup’s Latin American Private Equity team, which managed  proprietary capital and centralized the firm’s private equity activity across the region.
